I was always concerned about my friends and would try my best to help them out. I had a friend who was an introvert going through a tough time, but he would never share anything and kept things to himself. I asked him to get therapy and professional help, but he was always reluctant to share his feelings and emotions. I could not take sessions with him because I knew I might get biased as I knew him well, so I didn’t want to risk anything. I persuaded him a lot to stay as optimistic and motivated as I could, but things were not getting any better, and that’s when I introduced my friend to art therapy. I got him enrolled in a theatre group as he was always fascinated by the idea of being an actor. It worked miraculously for him. He grew a lot as a person, was able to express himself through his art, and is still doing theatre, and he loves what he does. If you can be my friend, I will help you convert negative energy into productivity and happiness.
