Since my childhood days, I have always been taught to serve mankind with whatever resource I can manage; and right after I finished my schooling, I have always looked for opportunities that could help society. Throughout all these years, I have realized that in today's time, if there is something that is not there with any individual (whether rich or poor) is someone to talk to and share inner feelings in any situation. I have passed through some tough times; and have witnessed losing close ones because there was no one to talk to them. I was fortunate to have someone whenever I felt lost in the middle of nowhere, but only some were as lucky as me. I have a vast experience helping many people, especially the youth and the elder dealing with highly stressful situations like anxiety and panic attacks. I hope to be the same for you all.
